The Volturi are known as the enforcers of vampire laws. Many of them also all have different special powers. Aro is the founder of the Volturi. To dress as Aro for Halloween, start with a shoulder length black wig. The hair should be loosely but neatly pulled back away from your face. Demetri tends to have the messy hair look, while Alec has a neater, combed style. To dress up as either one of these Volturi vampires, again wear dark colors.
